| 31 | 31 | That sections 10-264l and 10-264o of the general statutes be amended to repeal the requirement that local and regional boards of education be responsible for paying any tuition charged for students enrolled in a preschool program offered at an interdistrict magnet school operated by a regional educational service center and that the state be financially responsible for such preschool program tuitions. To further amend sections 10-15 and 10-16 of the general statutes to clarify that the requirement that towns are to maintain public schools means kindergarten to grade twelve, inclusive, and attendance at a public school shall be at no cost to the parent or guardian of students enrolled in such grades. | |
