AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL BUILDING PERMIT FEES FOR CLASS I RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 29-263 of the general statutes be amended to limit building permit fees imposed by a municipality for Class I renewable energy source projects to reflect only administrative costs, rather than a percentage of the cost of construction.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit municipal building permit fees relating to Class I renewable energy source projects.
