AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BONDING POOL FOR MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a bonding pool for municipal borrowing in amounts less than one million dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to avoid the cost of issuing bonds to borrow amounts less than one million dollars.
