2121 AN ACT CONCERNING A PILOT PROGRAM FOR EARLY VOTING IN NEW HAVEN.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide for a pilot program to allow, develop and provide funding for the city of New Haven to: (1) Designate multiple early voting locations across the city, (2) develop a centralized voter database for purposes of allowing all registered voters to vote at any of the multiple designated early voting locations throughout the city, and (3) develop a mobile vehicle that travels throughout city for purposes of registering voters in advance of the early voting period, and then during the early voting period and election day, that can be used to help improve access to voting locations throughout the city.
