AN ACT CONCERNING POTENTIAL PARTICIPATION OF A CLIENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES AS AN ELECTOR IN AN UPCOMING ELECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Developmental Services to notify guardians of a client that the client may vote in an upcoming election.
Statement of Purpose:
