AN ACT CONCERNING A SUNSET FOR STATE AGENCY REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to require every agency regulation to sunset every two years, and to require each agency to review its existing regulations and to seek legislative approval for those regulations the agency does not want to sunset.
Statement of Purpose:
To require an adequate review of state agency regulations.
