23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that if a land use commission denies an application for a permit to construct affordable housing pursuant to section 8-30g of the general statutes and the developer appeals the denial, such developer shall be liable to the municipality for legal costs incurred by the municipality in defending the appeal if the reviewing court upholds the denial. | |
