25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to require municipal employees to file a workers' compensation claim form 30-C (Notice of Claim) with a town or city clerk official in order to initiate the workers' compensation formal notice of claim process. | |

29 | 29 | To uphold the integrity of the workers' compensation system by establishing an intake process for the submittal of a notice of claim that is substantially similar to the system for state employees. This process will ensure that the notice of claim is properly received and processed by the municipal employer in twenty-eight days thereby ensuring efficient payment of workers' compensation benefits to employees. |
