AN ACT AUTHORIZING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES TO VOTE IN ELECTIONS IN THE THOMPSONVILLE FIRE DISTRICT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the charter of the Thompsonville Fire District be amended to allow limited liability companies that own property within such district one vote for each parcel of property owned.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize limited liability companies that hold property in the Thompsonville Fire District to vote in the elections in such district.
