AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR DONATIONS TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit to individuals and businesses that donate money, supplies or equipment to local or regional boards of education.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a tax credit for donations to school districts.
