25 | 25 | That subsection (c) of section 10-66bb of the general statutes be amended to establish stronger standards for racial, ethnic and economic diversity in the granting or reissuance of charters to charter schools by the State Board of Education and to further amend section 10-66ee of the general statutes to require that any new state funding to charter schools shall be used to implement school integration goals set forth in Sheff v. O'Neill remedial plans. | |
