| 25 | 25 | That section 10-151b of the general statutes be amended to authorize the Commissioner of Education to waive certain requirements relating to the teacher evaluation and support program developed by a local or regional board of education if such board is among the highest performing districts when measured using school performance index scores, as defined in section 10-223e of the general statutes, and to provide such board flexibility in designing and implementing a teacher evaluation program for such district. | |
