25 | 25 | That chapter 870 of the general statutes be amended to provide that a personnel or medical file or similar file concerning a current or former probation officer employed by the Judicial Branch, including, but not limited to, a record of a security investigation of such probation officer by the Judicial Branch or an investigation by the Judicial Branch of a discrimination complaint by or against such probation officer, shall not be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act to any individual committed to the supervision of the Court Support Services Division. | |
