AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM WITHIN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT SYSTEM FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES ARISING IN COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 51-15 of the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program within the small claims court system that facilitates the resolution of disputes arising in common ownership communities.
Statement of Purpose:
