2121 AN ACT CONCERNING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to strengthen provisions that prevent and deter trafficking in persons, and that respond to the needs of victims of trafficking in persons, including, but not limited to, provisions in the Department of Children and Families' policies and procedures for (1) providing services to children who are victims of human trafficking, and (2) verifying the age of victims who may be under the age of eighteen and eligible for such services.
