AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF AN ANIMAL THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CUSTODY DISPUTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 815j of the general statutes be amended to ensure that there is adequate protection for an animal that is the subject of a custody dispute in a family relations matter.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the protection of an animal that is the subject of a custody dispute in a family relations matter.
