AN ACT CONCERNING THE PAID SICK LEAVE ANNUAL ACCRUAL DATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-57s of the general statutes be amended to permit employers to use an alternate annual accrual date other than the calendar year in order to calculate an employee's accrued sick leave.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow employers to utilize an alternate method of calculating their employee's accrued sick leave.
