AN ACT CONCERNING THE REDUCTION OF HOSPITAL READMISSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to reduce hospital readmissions.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve efficiency and the quality of health care by reducing hospital readmissions.
