| 25 | 25 | That sections 14-20b and 14-36h of the general statutes be amended to allow any person who served in the Connecticut National Guard or a reserve component of any branch of the armed forces, regardless of whether such person had active service in the armed forces, to obtain (1) a special certificate of registration and a set of number plates indicating such person's status as a veteran, and (2) a motor vehicle operator's license or identity card indicating such person's status as a veteran. | |
