3737 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3939 That section 32-70 of the general statutes, concerning designation of enterprise zones by the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, be amended to allow the enterprise zone in the city of New Haven to include the area surrounding the streets of Howard Avenue and Kimberly Avenue and the area surrounding Whalley Avenue.
