AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EB-5 VISA REGIONAL CENTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an EB-5 visa regional center that shall facilitate foreign investment in the state by pooling the capital of applicants for an EB-5 visa for foreign investors and connecting those investors with companies or individuals seeking capital.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an EB-5 visa regional center that shall connect foreign investors with businesses or individuals seeking capital.
