21 | 21 | AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN INFORMATION REGARDING PRIVATE SPECIAL EDUCATION PROVIDERS. | |

23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to require a private special education provider to disclose, on or before February first and upon the request of a local or regional board of education in which such private special education provider is providing special education and related services to a student in which such board would otherwise be responsible for educating, (1) a copy of such private special education provider's annual audit for the prior school year, and (2) the tuition rates charged by such private special education provider to other local or regional boards of education for the same special education and related services as provided to such requesting board of education. | |
