AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM FOR MUNICIPAL INSTALLATION OF CLASS I RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program for the installation of Class I renewable energy sources by municipalities in conjunction with municipally-owned utilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote the installation of Class I renewable energy sources by municipalities.
