| 25 | 25 | That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to establish a criminal offense, classified as a class A misdemeanor, for a parent or guardian of a child or an emancipated minor or pupil eighteen years of age or older who knowingly makes a false written statement concerning the residency of such child, emancipated minor or pupil with the intent to obtain school accommodations from a school district when such child, emancipated minor or pupil is not a resident of the school district and is not entitled to school accommodations from such school district on the basis of residency. | |
