AN ACT ALLOWING CHARITABLE AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO USE "MONEY-WHEELS" AT BAZAARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 98 of the general statutes be amended to allow any charitable or nonprofit organization that conducts a bazaar pursuant to the provisions of sections 7-170 to 7-186 of the general statutes, inclusive, to award cash prizes or merchandise in connection with the playing of a "money-wheel" game.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow charitable and nonprofit organizations to utilize "money-wheel" games during fundraising bazaars.
