| 26 | 26 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

| 28 | 28 | Section 1. (Effective October 1, 2013) The Department of Banking shall study issues concerning the establishment of a public infrastructure bank in this state, including, but not limited to, the ability of such a bank to increase the funding available for infrastructure projects and improve the selection process for such projects. Not later than January 1, 2014, the Banking Commissioner shall report on such study, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to banks. | |
