(Effective July 1, 2013) The joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to labor and public employees shall conduct a study to evaluate the effectiveness of the current unemployment compensation system within the state. The committee shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of the study to the General Assembly on or before February 1, 2014. | |
