| 26 | 26 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

| 28 | 28 | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2013) (a) The Commissioner of Public Health shall, not less than annually: (1) Obtain a list of classical homeopaths in the state that are certified by the Council for Homeopathic Certification and included in the council's directory; and (2) make such list available for public inspection. | |

| 30 | 30 | (b) The Commissioner of Public Health shall establish certification requirements for classical homeopaths. Such requirements shall include, but need not be limited to: (1) Training, education and examination requirements for applicants for certification; and (2) continuing education requirements for certified classical homeopaths. | |

| 32 | 32 | (c) Not later than July 1, 2014, no person shall engage in the practice of classical homeopathy unless the person has obtained a certification from the Department of Public Health in the form and manner prescribed by the commissioner pursuant to this section. | |
