AN ACT CONCERNING PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLANS FOR STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit state employees to fill their prescriptions at independent pharmacies.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit state employees to fill their prescriptions at independent pharmacies.
