AN ACT CONCERNING REFORM OF STATE-SPONSORED PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reform state-sponsored public employee retirement systems as to participant contribution rates, eligibility requirements, formulas for calculating benefits and the determination of cost of living increases.
Statement of Purpose:
To reform state-sponsored public employee pension systems.
