AN ACT INCREASING THE PER DIEM COMPENSATION OF SMALL CLAIMS AND DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES MAGISTRATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 51-193r of the general statutes be amended to increase the per diem compensation of small claims and Department of Motor Vehicles magistrates.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide adequate compensation for small claims and Department of Motor Vehicles magistrates.
