AN ACT CONCERNING EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES IN SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 170 of the general statutes be amended to require local and regional boards of education to include lock-down plans as part of the emergency response procedures.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance the safety of public schools.
