AN ACT EXPANDING THE "NO SALES SOLICITATION CALL" LIST TO BUSINESS TELEPHONE NUMBERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 42-288a of the general statutes be expanded to prohibit auto-dialed, artificial and prerecorded calls from being made to business telephone numbers.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend consumer "no sales solicitation call" protections to businesses.
