AN ACT CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF TAX CREDITS AMONG AFFILIATES OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the transfer of tax credits among the affiliates of an insurance company.
Statement of Purpose:
To sustain continued capital investment and job growth.
