AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCREASE IN THE STATE MINIMUM FAIR WAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum fair wage by seventy-five cents on January 1, 2014, and by an additional seventy-five cents on January 1, 2015.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a higher standard of living for Connecticut citizens earning minimum wage.
