AN ACT CONCERNING A SINGLE-PAYER HEALTH CARE SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a single-payer health care system.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a unified health care system and reduce the cost of health care and health care coverage.
