2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 10-212a of the general statutes be amended to allow a school nurse to administer epinephrine to a student in an emergency situation when the school does not have a written order from the student's physician or other health care provider for the student to receive such medication.
