AN ACT CONCERNING CONTROL OF THE GOVERNOR'S GUARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 504 of the general statutes be amended to place the Governor's Foot Guards and Horse Guards under the direct military command of the Governor or the Governor's military liaison.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline control of the Governor's Guards.
