AN ACT AMENDING PROVISIONS CONCERNING A CONVEYANCE TO REGIONAL REFUSE DISPOSAL DISTRICT ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9 of special act 08-8 regarding the conveyance of parcels of land to Regional Refuse Disposal District One be amended to delete provisions added by section 148 of public act 12-2 of the June 12 Special Session permitting Regional Refuse Disposal District One to exchange a portion of the parcels for purposes of constructing a water well line on abutting property.
Statement of Purpose:
To delete the provision permitting Regional Refuse Disposal District One to exchange a portion of the parcels conveyed to it to construct a water well line on abutting property because said provision is no longer needed.
