AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to add an insurance producer who is currently active in selling individual and group health insurance plans to the board of directors of the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange.
Statement of Purpose:
To add an insurance producer who is currently active in selling individual and group health insurance plans to the board of directors of the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange.
