AN ACT LIMITING INCREASES IN HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS BASED ON AGE BAND ADJUSTMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to limit increases in health insurance premiums based on age band adjustments.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit increases in health insurance premiums based on age band adjustments.
