AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESENCE OF ARMED JUDICIAL MARSHALS AT COURTHOUSE ENTRANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 6-32f of the general statutes be amended to require the Chief Court Administrator to ensure the presence of armed judicial marshals at courthouse entrances.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the presence of armed judicial marshals at courthouse entrances.
