AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MUNICIPAL WEB PORTAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the creation of a single municipal electronic portal available on the Internet to assist municipalities with the development and coordination of e-government initiatives.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to create a municipal web portal to assist municipalities with e-government initiatives.
