AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MUNICIPAL WEB PORTAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall establish a single web portal that will assist municipalities with the development and coordination of e-government initiatives.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Administrative Services to establish a web portal to assist municipalities with the development of e-government initiatives.
