AN ACT CONCERNING THE HARTFORD REGIONAL CENTER OPERATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 319b of the general statues be amended to prohibit the Department of Developmental Services from closing the Hartford regional center located in Newington.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the closure of the Hartford regional center group home located in Newington.
