AN ACT CONCERNING THE LIABILITY OF HOME HEALTH CARE COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to clarify that companies providing home health care services assume liability for the acts of those persons such companies assign or send to clients.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify that home health care companies are liable for the acts of their agents.
