AN ACT CONCERNING PAID SICK LEAVE AND ITS EFFECTS ON STATE BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal public act 11-52 in order to stimulate business within the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the state business climate by eliminating the statutory requirement that employers compensate their employees for sick time.
