AN ACT CONCERNING EXPANSION OF THE LICENSE RENEWAL FEE WAIVER FOR CERTAIN RETIRED PHYSICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-10c of the general statutes be amended to extend the physician license renewal fee exemption to retired physicians who perform certain volunteer activities.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the license renewal fee exemption for doctors who volunteer their time.
