2121 AN ACT EXEMPTING SOCIAL SECURITY AND PENSIONS FROM PERSONAL INCOME TAX.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from the personal income tax all income received from (1) Social Security benefits, (2) pensions received from an in-state employer, and (3) pensions received from an employer in another state, provided such other state also exempts from income tax pensions received from Connecticut employers.
