AN ACT CONCERNING PAID SICK LEAVE FOR PARAPROFESSIONALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statues be amended to mandate that employers provide paid sick leave to paraprofessionals.
Statement of Purpose:
To include paraprofessionals within the purview of public act 11-52.
